On a breezy, clear-skied Earth Day, friends new and old gathered together at The Growing Home in Diamond Bar for our first food swap. Everyone enjoyed chatting about their wares—honestly, we learned SO much!—where they sourced ingredients from, and how to do this or that around the garden. Once the exciting part got underway, the exchange was a surge of enthusiasm and rush to snag alluring cajeta, fresh eggs, kombucha, marmalades, pumpkin breads, and more.
